Terms of Sale

Prices include Shipping & Handling within the continental US. Please contact us for International Shipping. MD Residents must include 5% State Sales Tax. Products and Seminar Registrations are subject to the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

Seminars: Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee, for any cancellation received 30 or more calendar days prior to seminar. No refund for cancellation within 30 days prior to seminar.

Products: May be returned within 30 days from original shipping date as specified below. Please contact us for address and additional information.

  • DVDs: Unopened DVDs may be returned for full refund. Defective DVD's will be replaced with another copy of the same DVD.
  • Texts: The Pocket Atlas of Auricular Therapy and Auricular Medicine is not returnable. The following may be returned for full refund, less shipping and handling:
    • Soliman's Three Phase Hand Acupuncture Textbook
    • Soliman's Atlas of Three Phase Hand Acupuncture and Treatment Manual
    • Soliman's Auricular Therapy Textbook
    • The Atlas of Auricular Therapy and Auricular Medicine and Auricular Therapy - A Comprehensive Text
  • Other Reference Items: Auricular Therapy Reflex Charts (Poster, Desk Reference Card, and Hand Charts) are not returnable. The Pocket Atlas of Auricular Therapy and Auricular Medicine is not returnable.
  • The Net-2000: The Net-2000 and its accessories are a special order. Please contact us regarding returns.

Privacy Policy

Alternative Medicine Seminars / Nader Soliman MD PC is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of these obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers acquired in the course of business:

  • Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
  • Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
  • Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
  • Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
  • Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
